Garage Legends
★★★★☆ 4.1
Garage Legends scratches a very specific itch: taking a rusted wreck and slowly turning it into something that runs. You buy parts, tune the engine, and there's a surprising amount of depth to how different setups affect the test drives.
The test drive sections are lighter than a full racing game, but they give purpose to your tuning choices. It's the kind of game you play in short bursts while a car is being 'repaired.'
The economy can feel grindy in the mid game, and the menus are a little cluttered. Still, if you like fixing things, it's oddly satisfying.
What we liked
- Genuine depth in engine tuning
- Satisfying wreck-to-runner progression
- Great in short sessions
